The Minnesota Timberwolves took down the San Antonio Spurs 149-139 on Monday night, and it’s safe to say that Karl-Anthony Towns was the game’s star.
Towns scored an NBA season-high 60 points, on 19-of-31 shooting from the field, 7-of-11 shooting on threes, and 15-of-16 shooting from the charity stripe. He also pulled down 17 rebounds.
KAT scored 32 points in the third quarter alone! He had 56 points through three quarters, and 56 points were the previous Timberwolves franchise record- also set by Towns.
