As you can see, James let go of what was clearly an alley-oop dish to Kevin Love. While the ball was in mid-air, Warriors guard Ian Clark grabbed Love, preventing him of grabbing the pass.
That backfired big time as not only did James’ botched pass count as a made shot, but Love also received the ensuing free throw for the foul, turning it into the three-point possession.
The Cavs may need a couple more lucky plays like that to knock off the Warriors in Game after the sheer domination Golden State displayed in Games 1 and 2.
