Derrick Rose looked every bit like his 2010-11 NBA MVP self in the Minnesota Timberwolves’ 128-125 victory over the Utah Jazz on Halloween night.
In fact, Rose scored more points in a game on Wednesday than he did during his Chicago Bulls’ MVP campaign… or in any other game of his NBA career.
Rose dropped a career-high 50 points — with a highly efficient 19-of-31 shooting from the field — on the Jazz.

And he got it on the defensive end as well with this game-saving block:

Rose was very emotional after the game:
Rose, 30, is the oldest player in NBA history to be a former MVP at the time of his first-ever 50-point game.
