It was a magical fourth quarter for Chicago Bulls point guard Coby White.
The guy didn’t even record a made field goal until the fourth quarter but something clicked in him as his powerful 23 point quarter earned the Bulls a 120-102 win over the New York Knicks. White put an exclamation point on his quarter by hitting a team record 7 threes.
After making three of them in a span of 54 seconds, White entered another zone. It was like he couldn’t miss and no matter where he shot, he was making that shot. In just a little more than three minutes, White made five straight shots from three and had scored the Bulls’ 15 of 17 points in that span.
White hit his seventh and final shot from three with less than a couple minutes to go and that sealed the deal for the Bulls.
Chicago hasn’t exactly had a solid start to the season but if Coby White can get in the zone like this, watch out.
