The Los Angeles Angels honored late teammate Tyler Skaggs at Angel Stadium on Friday night, in their first home game since the 27-year-old pitcher’s death.
Tyler’s mother, Debbie, threw out the first pitch, and there was a moment of silence before the game.
The Angels also added tributes to Skaggs throughout the stadium.
Additionally, the entire Angels team wore No. 45 Skaggs jerseys. And on the first pitch Mike Trout saw in the No. 45 jersey, he blasted a baseball 454 feet for a two-run homer.

A very emotional, difficult night in Anaheim, but a beautiful moment there.
