Every kid dreams of coming away from an MLB game with a foul ball. That dream nearly became a reality for one young Texas Rangers fan on Tuesday.
Sitting with his parents in a section of empty seats, a foul ball got lofted right toward them. But as dad reached a few seats over and behind, the ball made its way just past his grip and bounced away.
That’s a brave effort, but the poor kid came away looking less than pleased.
