Former United States President Donald Trump currently has a variety of legal issues. He is facing 91 felony counts related to his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election as well as a $250 million civil fraud trial. And now, it looks like he’s facing yet another legal issue.

According to a report from Raw Story, a Donald Trump golf course in California has been facing a municipal code violation for “grading or retaining wall without a permit” and the golf course has done nothing to remedy the situation for over a year.

Jamin Katzer is a senior construction manager at Denver-based general contractor Earth Saving Solutions. She has 25 years of construction experience and has worked with city, county, and state officials on inspections for more than 16 years. She was not happy to hear about this violation, telling Raw Story that it was “scary” that the Trump Organization had an open code violation on a public golf course for more than a year.

“If you had a problem on your car, and the manufacturers found there was a violation on your car, and then they had a year to fix it, how would you feel?” Katzer said. “It’s not getting taken care of. A year is ridiculous.”

It may not be quite as serious as an alleged attempt to overturn an election or overthrow the government, but it’s still not a good look for Trump.
