It’s the holiday season and some people are drinking. But if you are looking to make a nice cocktail or mixed drink using vodka in the Philadelphia area, you may be experiencing a slight hiccup in obtaining the required booze.
A tractor-trailer shipping a load of Tito’s Vodka lost control and flipped on its side Thursday morning on I-95 in Philadelphia. The roof of the truck then opened up and the booze poured out onto the side of the road.
Apparently a @TitosVodka truck has overturned on 95 near street road. Vodka all over the highway. Might have to go help them clean up. Hate to see any of that goto waste.

It is undetermined just how much of the vodka was lost in the accident, but any lost drips of alcohol at this time of year is a real tragedy to some. Despite some obvious jokes to be made over the accident involving a vodka truck, there were no actual people arriving on the scene to assist in the cleanup…
Distressing news from Philly this morning: A truck carrying Tito's vodka overturned on I-95. Several hours of delay, as boxes of unbroken bottles are offloaded and police try to clear hundreds of straw-carrying citizens who have inundated the accident site.

There is no indication the driver of the truck had been under any influence from an alcoholic beverage at the time of the accident, although the accident is under the usual investigation.
