Everyone had to see this coming.
After a play Saturday in No. 3 Michigan’s game at No. 10 Penn State, one of the Nittany Lions players brutally mocked Michigan’s sign-stealing scandal.
And given the elaborate choreography, Dani Dennis-Sutton probably didn’t do this spontaneously, but had planned his troll job out in advance.
After a big defensive play by Penn State, the sophomore defensive end held up an imaginary pair of binoculars to his eyes, then pretended to scribble something in a notebook. The celebration clearly took a jab at Michigan’s sign-stealing scandal, which led Friday to the suspension of head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Some fans thought Dennis-Sutton’s celebration was clever, but Wolverines fans weren’t so kind, pointing out the Nittany Lions trailed 17-9 at the time. Even some Penn State fans admitted the celebration would not age well without a win.
This is gold

Wouldn’t be celebrating too much with that BB gun offense.

doing this when James Franklin is your head coach is not wise at all.

If nothing else, the celebration set a bar for all future Michigan sign-stealing trolls, because they are coming, not just the rest of this year but possibly for years to come.
