Notre Dame star Sam Hartman made headlines this week. The Fighting Irish quarterback, who has already signed NIL deals with Beats by Dre and Under Armour, has signed another massive NIL deal ahead of his team’s matchup against Duke on Saturday. Hartman reportedly signed with the lifestyle brand, Dollar Shave Club, which delivers razors and other personal grooming products to customers by mail.

On3 NIL posted, “Notre Dame’s Sam Hartman has signed the NIL deal made for him.

“The quarterback is promoting Dollar Shave Club in his latest partnership.”

“Getting ready for GameDay starts here,” Hartman wrote in the caption of his post, via On3. “Thanks to Dollar Shave Club for the setup. Been loving this six-blade razor to keep my beard precise and clean. Join the club to get what you need while heading back to school!”

Transferring over from Wake Forest, Hartman has given Notre Dame its most stability at the quarterback position since the likes of Ian Book and Deshone Kizer were in South Bend, Ind. While the Fighting Irish are coming off a brutal 17-14 loss at the hands of the Ohio State Buckeyes, which might have effectively ended their National Championship hopes, Hartman is putting together a Heisman-caliber season.

Hartman has completed 81-of-115 passes (70.4 percent) with 14 touchdowns against zero interceptions in five games this season.

While the deal was announced, no financial terms on the agreement were disclosed by either On3 or Dollar Shave Club.

Congrats, nonetheless, to the Notre Dame star on making the move.
