It’s never boring in the SEC. Even during the off-season, there is always something interesting happening. Just before the SEC coach’s meeting, Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze posted a picture of himself in an Auburn sweatshirt.
The sweatshirt is supposed to say WAR as in the Tigers game chat, War Eagle! but instead, it looks like WAP. WAP for those of you who may not know is a song by rappers Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion that was a hit a couple of years ago.
The song was very controversial at the time because it talked about the female anatomy.
The confusion about the sweatshirt has even led Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin to troll Freeze on Twitter and to tweet Cardi B.
Kiffin tweeted:
Do you know what that stands for pal?? Might want to ask @iamcardib @CoachHughFreeze
Although Auburn fans have come to the defense of their head coach saying that the picture was indeed photoshopped, many still believe that Freeze may have mistakenly worn a sweatshirt with WAP on it when in truth, it may be just been photoshopped just to mess with Auburn’s head man who many know was fired from his job at Ole Miss because he had contact with hookers.
Controversial or not, Freeze obviously is getting a lot of unwanted attention from other SEC coaches and fanbases which is probably not a good look for a guy who is trying to clean up his image.
