Don’t feel too bad if your 2023 NCAA Tournament bracket has been busted because you’re not alone.
President Joe Biden’s bracket is already in shambles.
Biden released his picks for the men’s and women’s tournaments on Thursday. Specific to the men’s tournament, he had the 4-seed Virginia Cavaliers and the 2-seed Arizona Wildcats playing in the Elite Eight for the chance to go to the Final Four.
Good luck to every team in this year's NCAA tournament.

Good luck to every team in this year’s NCAA tournament,” wrote the President in the tweet. “I’ve got Arizona in the men’s tournament and Villanova in the women’s – and as you know, in this household, Villanova always wins.”
Unfortunately for Biden and most people who made brackets this year, his entire region is now shot.
The Cavaliers were upset by 13-seed Furman in a shocking finish that saw Virginia quite literally give the game away in the closing moments.

Then, Arizona was upset by 15-seed Princeton, making the Wildcats the only school to ever lose twice as a 2-seed in the men’s tournament.

Biden still has 2-seed Marquette, 2-seed Texas, and 1-seed Kansas in his Final Four, so he still has plenty of chances to perform well. But whoever comes out of the South region won’t be able to help him score any points in the end.
U.S. Presidents, they’re just like us.
