The College Basketball world was stunned on Saturday night. The Duke Blue Devils, led by consensus number one overall pick in the upcoming NBA draft Cooper Flagg, were upset by the tough brand of basketball played by the Houston Cougars.
Houston ended the game on a 9-0 run, as Flagg failed to convert a go-ahead fadeaway attempt in the closing seconds of the 2nd half. Unfortunately for Flagg, on top of the brutal loss, more embarrassing news about him is making the rounds on social media.
The official Twitter of The Mark Titus Show, a Barstool Sports podcast, tweeted a picture of Flagg during the game with what appear to be feces stains on his shorts with the caption “Pooper Flagg,” and the picture in going viral.
Fans reacted to the tough look on social media.
“He should keep the number 2 and do this every single game in the NBA as his trademark. Cooper “The Deuce” Flagg. There are a hell of a lot of prima donnas in the NBA that won’t want to guard Deuce at all. This is what you call EDGE. This is the future of the NBA,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“Mmmmmm I’m gonna give him the benefit of the doubt along with the poor foul call, that’s just a poor shadow.. I think he is free of feces,” another fan added.
“don’t like Duke but this is a crappy thing to post,” added one fan.
If it’s any consolation to Flagg, he’s all but guaranteed to have a long and prosperous NBA career.
