Tiger Woods makes his return to golf at the 2023 Hero World Challenge at Albany in the Bahamas.

It goes without saying Tiger Woods has made a name for himself in the golf world and beyond. He truly put the sport on the map for those who couldn’t care less about what happens on the greens.

Since turning professional in 1996, his career earnings have helped boost him into an icon away from the golf scene as well.

Golf.com recently discovered Woods’ net worth at $120,954,766 which is just the amount of money he’s racked up in Tour wins. That has him (unsurprisingly) on top of golfers in all-time career earnings.

This isn’t recent either. Through 2018, he also held PGA TOUR record for career prize money with $115,504,853.

For those keeping track at home, Phil Mickelson’s earnings sit at $96,572,310. Woods is the first to crack the nine-figure mark in PGA earnings.

Mind you, this doesn’t count toward winnings in unofficial events, bonuses or endorsements. For instance, FedEx Cup finishes could add on an additional $20 million.

When you’re the career-leader among active players on the PGA TOUR you’re bound to be the career money list leader as well.

As for the endorsements — those relationships began at the age of 21 which included General Motors, Titleist, General Mills, American Express, Accenture, and Nike.
